Stranger danger
If you’ve been holding out all week for Friday night so you can binge watch Season 2 of “Stranger Things” with the family, you may want to have the earmuffs handy. According to the Provo-Utah smut police “VidAngel,” the highly popular Netlix series’ second season contains 43 percent more sexual content, 43 percent more alcohol and drug use, 40 percent more objectionable language, 28 percent more violence and gore, and five more uses of the F word vs. Season 1. Another casual in-house survey also found 50 percent bigger bangs, 100 percent increase in consumption of Marlboro lights and Schaefer, 50 percent more mom jeans and turtlenecks, and 75 percent more ghoulish nudity (will someone please tell that demogorgon to put some clothes on?)
Then again, it was the ’80s, what did you expect? Someone pass the Jiffy Pop, Tab and cigs.

Turns out, blondes do have more fun, or at least they get more awards. Last week, Ska Brewing won the gold medal for its True Blonde Ale in the English-Style Pale Ale category at the 2026 World Beer Cup. This is the third win for the Blonde at the World Beer Cup, held in Philadelphia on April 22 and pegged as one of the world’s most prestigious beer competitions.
